Honesty, trust, and communication are all key in establishing a strong relationship with them. Honesty is important because I want them to know that I have their back and their best interest in mind. Trust–I need them to be able to trust that my experience and my background in working with Buyers for years, will help them when making hard decisions over the course of the transaction. Constant communication–I have my cell phone with me at all times to insure we can communicate regularly by calling, texting or emailing. Together, these components together, create a very strong relationship and a successful transaction.
My goal with Buyers is to educate them. Educate them with the current market, educate them with the neighborhoods, and most importantly, educate them with the buying process. This is important if they are a first-time home buyer and have never walked through the steps before, or they are downsizing, and haven’t purchased in many years. I also work with clients who are buying “up,” larger places, because their family is growing. I enjoy helping my clients reach their real estate goals. It is very rewarding to me, to know that I was instrumental in the success of their transaction.
