Trust, I need them to trust that my experience and my background will help them make hard decisions over the course of the transaction. Communication, I always have my cell phone with me at all times to make sure we can communicate at all times. Together, it creates a very strong relationship and a successful transaction.
My goal with buyers is to educate them. Educate them with the current market, educate them with the neighborhoods, and most importantly, educate them with the buying process. This is important if they are a first time home buyer and have never walked through the steps before, or they are downsizing, and haven’t purchased in many years. I also work with clients who are buying “up,” larger places, because their family is growing. I enjoy helping my clients reach their real estate goals. It is very rewarding to know that I was instrumental in the success of their transaction.
